"Good location and friendly staff"

Andaz is in the Xintiandi area where you'll find some of Shanghai's best restaurants and bars. It's also very close to the subway. I don't typically enjoy hotel breakfasts, but the breakfast here exceeded my expectations. I will say though the room design - especially the bathtub lights - is a bit weird, but overall...

"難得在疫情當中保持水準的酒店"

今年夏天，我先後在這家酒店住了差不多20多天。讓我印象最深的，是 比起很多其它國內同級酒店，它沒有 因為要吸引更多的住客，而降低自己該有的水準。早餐的選擇依然豐富，食材也依然新鮮。服務也看得出沒有任何人力的節省，還是保持住往年的水平。特別值得稱讚的，是酒店很多員工都提供了盡心盡力的服務，例如餐飲部的Veronica，訂房部的Javen, 以及前臺的Jayden, 還有其更別不要說別說這個更不用說這個酒店原來就很優秀的地利，讓我無論去哪裡都非常方便。所以我下次再來上海，肯定還是首選這家酒店。

"Great Hotel"

I travel for a living. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Came here for business and to just relax and explore Shanghai. It's in the center of downtown Shanghai and close to many restaurants, shops, and malls. A great stay!

Andaz is nicely located in Xintiandi, with plenty of food and bar options nearby, transport is convenience with Metro line within a short walk.
